Studies have shown that one of the most important things employees want is to be recognized and appreciated for their contributions in the workplace. Roche, a pharmaceutical giant with offices across the globe, understands this and asked us to design cards and certificate templates that managers could easily download and print themselves to show appreciation.
We created a spectrum of cards to cover a host of varied circumstances, from a simple “thank you” card to a Happy Birthday card to a certificate that recognizes extraordinary work. The colors and images had to adhere to the Roche brand style guide.
