When the biotech leader Roche acquired Genentech, we needed to address the idea and process of integrating two companies into one global organization. We developed the strategic branding, visual identity, communications and collateral support for Roche’s worldwide “Moving to One” campaign.
Due to the two very different corporate cultures, we had to develop a neutral environment that allowed users from both backgrounds to focus and absorb the information without being distracted by the hot button issue of who was delivering the message.
